Patriotic Alternative are a white nationalist group, founded in 2019. Today, they are having their annual Northern conference at Stirk House Hotel which is north-east of Clitheroe, Lancashire, off the A59. We know the venue have known, at least since yesterday, the nature of the event they are hosting.
